Linda here is the link to the current COW:

The COW can be hard to find so I always post a link to the current COW in post 4 of this thread

The coaching schedule is there and the clippie, etc. I am trying to keep all the important info updated on that first page so it is easy to find.
Have fun with the COW!

Thanks Lisah, but just saw it, won't be doing so well on the flossing - but I'll start - lol.
How do you attach the new clippie? I am going to try to do the QOTD each day.

I have read as many as I could get my hands on. I take things from each book that I like and can use and keep the rest in the back of my mind.Wednesdays QOTD:

qotd: my favorite books are the Biggest Loser books, but they are also the only ones I've read.
That inside-out eggroll sounds scrumptious! Thanks for posting.
Today I have officially changed from South Beach to WW and I am HUNGRY!! Even though I have 26 points/day. I made a bad choice on 5 points though and only got 6 bagel crips w/dip - not very satisfying I must say. Dinner will be good though, chicken strips, mashed potatoes (small portion!) and green beans yum!! I think I'm going to bake the chicken, not quite sure on that yet.
Hi there, hope I'm not too late to join this challenge!!
I am a working mother of 2 boys (was SAHM for 10 years..best thing I could've ever done!).
I've struggled with my weight since the age of 8. After much discussion, research and struggle, I was able to have lap band surgery on 1/19/09. Many may think that having weight loss surgery is the "easy way out," nothing could be further from the truth. Truth is, it takes lots of hard work, exercise, committment and will power, probably even more than any other weight loss effort I've undertaken.
I've lost nearly 50lbs since January, but have much more to go.
I would like to lose 15lbs by the end of this challenge, which will put me at the LOWEST weight I've EVER been in WDW. We leave for WDW on 12/13 and I KNOW I can do this!!!
I've never done a DIS challenge, but think it will help me immensely.
If I can help in any way, just let me know. I hope it's not too late to join this challenge!!! Thanks!

Jenn, don't worry the hunger part will get better!I was really hungry the first few days until I got things figured out. I mean like standing in the pantry eating Cheerios out of the box hungry.
That is one of the nice things about WW, it helps you figure out things to eat that are better for you and you don't get dinged the big points, but it takes a few days to get there. Check out the set points values foods, i.e. an apple is 1 point, a baked potato plain is 2 points. Don't be afraid to use some of your flex points while you figure things out, too. It's a process learning a new lifestyle but I know you can do it!![]()
