Good Morning Everyone
I feel horrible, I had to cancel training this morning.
Monday's workout just KILLED my calves, I'm barely able to stand flat on my feet even today. I thought if I went today I'd really regret it so I put it off. I'm slathered in icy hot now.
I've been doing good on the food mostly...I did have the Guiltless Black Bean Burger at Chilis and it was really good. I was impressed!

I didnt do too badly, only went over my max calories for the day by 120, but blew my carb count out of the water. I have to tell you, sparkpeople has been a lifesaver. Love that site, and it's so easy to track your food each day. I've been doing good all week except for last night, so we'll see what the ol' scale has to say tomorrow.
