Good morning! I'm down .2, not really much but not bad considering I started late in the week! I'm hoping to see some big numbers next week.
acourtwdw and acourtwdw2, what plan are you following? You are doing so well! Is it hard to follow or stick with?
Both of us are following sparkpeople.com. You have 2 eating options with it
1. Follow their food plan
2. Stay within the guidelines they set on calories, fat, carbs and protein. This is the option we are doing because annette is a picky eater she only likes chicken and salmon.
Its like the biggest loser website but free.

I am now on my own "Disney Diet!" That has been so motivating for me! Just knowing that I will be at WDW again this year has me so energized. AND (please... no laughing..., OK, maybe a little
) What is really motivating me is 2 words.... Astro Orbitor!
Why may you ask? Because since we first went as a family in 2001 I have been afraid to go on it because I heard it is a tight squeeze and never wanted to be embarassed if I didn't fit. So this year my goal is to get into Astro Orbitor!
Hope you had fun on your trip. And I am so excited that you lost 4#! You will loose all that you gained, and then you will rock it some more and keep losing! I know you can do it!
