I was dreading having to share a room with another mom on the school bad trip. I challanged my self to be under 200 pounds by the trip. Which meant I had 5 months to lose 40 pounds. I reached that goal and kept going.Question of the Day
Do you remember what you were doing when it hit you that being at this weight is enough? Was it a pair of jeans that didn't fit...an airplane seat...or simply an overall sense of not feeling right....etc???
I did good today! I worked out for 55 minutes doing cardio and abs.
