Oh snap!!!!!! I rewound it and watched it 4 times.

Basically Ron isn't going to "break his promise" to Kristen. However he is trying to MANIPULATE THE ENTIRE VOTING BLOCK to get rid of Kristen.

Yea...he is no liar.

Kristen will go home in the event of a tie.

I can't believe Ron sat there and denied knowing what was happening. I understand he is out for his son, but his character stinks. I wonder if Tara is thinking she did the wrong thing by the look she had on her face when Ron denied knowing what was happening. Mike and Ron are now convinced that Mike has this won and that Kristin was the biggest threat, but what about Tara...she had a 5 lb loss this week and for two weeks Kristin has gained....not that much of a threat

Thought Helen was funny trying to make a deal with Tara and she said hurry make up your mind I am losing it. Yeah I am going to split it with you knowing I am going to winning.

And the show tonight showed them hugging Ron , being playful with him when they were cooking but just the other week they were scared of him, calling him the Godfather. Kristen used Ron , just as he used others.

Jillian telling Tara to get over herself was great.
Helen trying to make a deal when it was clear she was going to lose was dumb!
Finally and explanation about Mike's Mom and why she is thin. Still doesn't explain why she didn't help her kids in 8 years, make it a whole family change. I hope Mike confronts her about that too.
Kristin knowing how Ron is yet kept him around? Idiots should have voted him out weeks ago. Too bad for her. I was tired of her crying.
Not a fan of Mike and Ron's cockiness though. I hope it bites them in the *** next week.

Agree. Did you see Kristen's mom, Cathy? It looks like she gained weight.

However Kristen is a bigger threat than Helen.

When Ron denied everything and then Mike stated he was going to be the winner.....the looks on their faces were priceless.

I bet Helen and Filipe are SOOOO glad they kept Ron there....NOT!

Who thinks the staged video tape for Bob was garbage? They are either not eating enough like they taped or they are chowing down. Hard to tell.

Their weight loss with Bob never felt "right". They should have been dropping more weight.

During Mike's talk with his Dad Ron said that the Mom was overweight until about 7 or 8 years ago when she decided to make a change. They showed a picture of her too. I don't think they really said how she got that way-changed habits or gastric bypass.

Kristen annoyed me today so much! Hello, if you would have lost some weight you wouldn't be under the yellow line and you would still be in the game.

It was her own fault she is gone. Not Mike's, not Ron's (Although he is the biggest game player there!), not Helen's fault. She needs to own her failure.

Can someone help me with a timeline? I swore someone posted or I read somewhere that the final episode was filmed the last week of Feb. If Kristen went home in the middle of Feb. and then they showed her giving a talk two months later, that is pretty much now, right? I think it said she had lost 130 some pounds and was hoping to lose 200 by the finale. Since the finale is probably only 2 to 4 weeks away from the time that was filmed, it would be impossible to lose that much. Or is my timeline off?

Hi. Do yous remember Joelle? Who could forget. Well on the weekend there is a half hour show advertising a weight loss dance type video you can buy. I swear that she is on it and they show up at her house.

I'm posting without reading ....

(1) I LOVE Jillian. She can get RIGHT to the heart of the problem and lance the emotional wounds. I love her and I am glad she is NOT my trainer. I am not ready for that much physical and emotional pain.

(2) What is up with Bob's head? Does he look like Skeletor to anyone else? That man has so little body fat that his SKULL is pushing out of his head. Earth to Bob ... eat something!

(3) Did anyone else think that Bob's "video lesson" was to eat more (nice advice, Bob ... why don't you take it?) and then Kristen gained weight? OMG! She was eating NOTHING that day. I wonder if she spent the whole week eating less than 1000 calories a day. No wonder she gained weight!

(4) There is a reason I call Ron "The Kingmaker" and now Kristen knows it too. I literally laughed out loud at Filipe's reaction when Ron said that Mike would win. His jaw was on the ground. BTW Filipe ... you have been PLAYED! At least Tara knew the real deal. She also knows that SHE is Mike's biggest challenge and not Kristen.

(5) I am a wuss. There were tears in my eyes through the whole episode. I am SO glad that Mike confronted Ron, but I really don't think that Ron took enough blame internally for what he did to his sons. My thoughts that his wife also holds a lot of blame were supported this episode. SHE got "skinny" 7 years ago. Mike was 11 and Max was 9. There is NO EXCUSE that you were fat and now you are skinny and you did not being your kids along with you in your journey. None.
