Anybody else hella impressed with Dane and that marathon? He's doing fantastic!

At first I was impressed with Dane in doing the marathon - I noticed it showed him coming through the finish line at 5:53 (as you can see from my signature I just did a full 26 mile marathon and I did it in just under that time) but then I noticed that Biggest Loser put that he finished it in 3 hours 53 minutes This is highly unlikely that he did it that quickly - that is like Boston Marathon good and unfortunately I don't think Dane is at that point. Doing further research it appears that someone who did the same marathon as Dane, she finished in 6 hours 14 minutes and said that Dane and his wife were behind her and got picked up and transported to the end of the race (meaning they did not maintain the set average pace therefore getting a DNF) She did say that he did at least 13 miles so he at least did a half marathon but most likely did not do the complete 26 miles. I applaud him for getting out there at the start line and getting done what he did but Biggest Loser should retract the time they stated for him doing 26 miles - less than 4 hours - talk about manipulating reality for TV

I think that they were too into "Who needs to stay" garbage instead of "Who needs to go so I stay longer?" Sure, Dane didn't need to stay as much as Ron did. But Ron is going to weigh the team down in both weight loss and physical challenges. He will be their albatross. I would really rather have see him go this week than watch another week of him moping around and feeling bad because he is letting his team down. I am so done with him.

If you thought Bob was mad when the kept Dane ... imagine how mad he will be when he finds out that they voted out his golden goose. Now that will be some good "reality" TV!

I already felt it with his last rant and he confirmed it with this one.

I am going to enjoy when his butt goes home.

Bob's team is going to be picked off one by one. The black team is so much stronger and the blue sends their strongest player home??? Morons!

I wonder if Bob will get mad this week. I mean I know he will be upset with their choice, but last time he said if you don't want my advice don't ask. I can't see him yelling at them AGAIN for not voting in their best interests.

I really was shocked they sent home Dane. He was their only big guy who will put up big numbers. Ron should have been diplomatic and said he's been holding the team back and should have volunteered to go home. His son is still safe. They saved Ron, but now each week they might all start to go. At least if they kept Dane they might have a shot each week at the weigh in.

Also, from the previews it looks like Jillian and Laura get into it. I wonder if she had the choice if she'd want to switch to Bob. With the exception of this season, he's usually more laid back.

I agree with this completely. I think it just shows that he has been manipulating everyone the entire time with his "please don't send muh boy home" pleas (while they were on the same team). He makes it sound like he's trying to make the best decision to benefit the other person, but at the end of the day, he's the one who benefits. I have zero respect for Ron at this point. All he did was ensure that his team will once again be up for elimination next week.

I hated last season as much as anyone, but do you think Vicki would have let gimpy Ron hang around as long as he has? No way, she would have manipulated him off the show long before now (and his son, too). At least she was smart enough to hitch her wagon to a couple that would lose a lot of weight (Heba and her husband). The idiots on the Blue Team have now hitched their wagon to a guy who can't walk. Hilarious.

that is kind of what I was thinking here.... that maybe they thought they could redeem themselves in Bob's eyes by voting him out now (even though Bob will see this as a DUMB move!)

That being said, Bob did say something to Kristin when he was saying goodbye- I wonder if he offered any silent advice

Well, I don't hate Ron. He has his priorities and he plays the game to try and achieve them. He has made it very clear from the first day that he is playing for his son's benefit and whomever he needs to take out to advance Mike is the game is who he is going to go for. Heck, Ron's priority is now ON THE OTHER TEAM. Ron's best interest now is in helping the Black team decimate the Blue Team.

The stupid ones are the people who let him get away with it. Last night Kristen and her Mom just let him lead them right into disaster, Aubrey too. Whatever happens now, they did it to themselves.

Yea, what a jerk. I think he has had enough of BL to be honest. He really seems like his heart is not in it anymore.

At one point in he was coaching somebody (past season) telling them that they were "going to win it", basically lying to their face.

At that point I had no respect for him anymore.

Yes, purple could be planning to keep Ron to toss off Jillian's team first.

They will send Aubrey home first. How dumb of her to vote for Kristen. That was like cutting your own throat there.

A vote for Brown would have been a better move for her.

I guess I thought he was genuine in the beginning with his "looking out" speeches.

I am upset to learn that he was just lying. I fell for it. Normally I am very cynical and don't do that. He got me.

So it is just a refection on myself for being trusting.
