Anyone know when this ride will be closed, it's my wife's favorite and I'm hoping it is open at the start of August!

I'd think it would be open the first of August. You could give Disney a call and see if their schedule goes out that far.

As much is open as possible at the start of August. Rehabs at that time are extremely rare.

Big thunder mountain at wdw is currently closed from feb 1 to may 27th for refurb. Dumbo closed till may 11th.

I think the OP is referring to Big Thunder at Disney World which is down until late May. Big Thunder at Disneyland has no closures currently scheduled.

Matterhorn will be closed until June.
