A few Questions

1- Do they take reservations?? If not is the walk up wait usually that bad?? I'm thinking about switching my reservation for this saturday and going here instead.

2- Is it any good? DH loves all things beer, me... not so much.

I have not been here yet (going on our upcoming trip next month) so I can not answer your questions about the wait time or how good it is.

They do not take the traditional ADRs through the dining line, however you can call them directly and ask to be put on the priority seating list (which essentially is an ADR- just through them directly!) The number for Big River is 407-560-0253

I did ask them about a wait time just to have an idea, she said if you come before dinner rush, like before 6pm, there is pretty much no wait time, after 6 you could wait but usually no more than 20 minutes, she did say that wasn't a guarantee though, just an average!

Can't wait to eat here, the menu looks pretty good!

I love the beers here. I also love sitting back on the Boardwalk enjoying the beers on a cool evening. I always keep it simple -- a burger or whatever, and I'm fine. Friends who have tried the fancier things on the menu have been disappointed. But everyone I'm with always loves the beer.

We ate here in May . very long wait to be served, food was good beer great and the view is amazing. Would come again just for the atmosphere, hopefully next time the wait won t be so long!

Just ate there again last week. I have never had to wait at lunch. Early dinner I have never had a wait time. We also stopped in at 10:30pm one evening and had a late dinner no problem. They close at eleven but we were told to take our time eating. It was nice sitting outside and people watching.
I have tried the burgers, ceaser salad and the sirloin steak. No complaints.
I can't answer about the beer as I don't like beer of any kind. I do see alot of people come in during the evening just to sit at the bar and drink beer. So I am assuming it must be good............ Susan
