I have a 2/2 at Windsor Hills and a 3/2 at Windsor Palms for about the same price...the kids really want their own rooms and could care less about the waterslide. Is there much difference between the two resorts and which will be more comfy for a 10 year old boy and 17 year old girl. We plan on spending atleast one leisure day at the resort... If not these resorts... then name another similar for the same price range. We are going May 17-24 so I need to book now! Thanks~ We are going for the 1st time and want to make it special..but on a budget!

Hi Windsor Palms is further up the 192, My sister stayed here in Oct and would definately recomend it. She stayed in 3 bedroom condo also. We ve booked Windsor Hills for July over Palms for the location and that slide, I have 2 boys who are really looking forward to the pool! Plus we intend to spend some time relaxing by the pool. So if the boys are happy we ll all be happy. But for you, if a 3rd bedroom makes your kids happy I d go for Palms.

If the bedrooms are more important than the slide, go with WP. Both are lovely, and the extra few minutes are no big deal.

We are staying at Windsor Hills in May. We chose it because it's supposidly the closest resort community to Disney outside of Disney. I didn't want to waste precious time sitting in the car driving from place to place. The location was our first priority and the common pool area was our second. Don't know if you've seen this site, you can look at pics all in one place of the two resorts...

I have stayed at both, only 2 mins difference by car, if the slide/pool themeing is not important to your boys i would go for palms as you are getting more for your money with the extra bedroom.

Been there done that. I'd opt for the separate rooms. What are a few minute driving compared to putting up with what, if they are anything like my younger brother and I were, could be hours of complaining!

We've stayed at both and they are virtually identical except for the slide and a few minutes more driving time. Go with what is best for your family.

Hi, the condos at each are in 3 story buildings...If climbing 3 flights of stairs may be an issue, check with the owner to find out which floor condos are on. Sometimes the 3rd floor condos are a little better deal because of the stairs...enjoy...Ted

Windsor Hills condos have 4 flights, and the buildings all have elevators. What building are you in at WH? The higher the #, the closer you are to the pool. Some owners charge the same price for a 2 bd or 3bd condo. What price did you get and for how many nights?
