Dick and Jameka in the backyard - talking about how Jen found a loophole


Dick tells Jameka that he doesn't agree with the penalty given to Jen -

But he does agree that they were right in taking away the Penalty Nom. He knows Jen was reading the rule book to find a loophole. ED says Nick thought about doing it but he didn't do it. ED says Jen won the biggest and hardest POV in all 8 seasons of BB. Jameka wonders why jen went so hardcore during such an early POV. ED calls bullsh** on BB not preventing Kail and Jen from standing next to each other during that comp. They rehash Jen's behavior and how she is threatening everyone with not giving them her vote. ED doesn't care if she leaves sequester. He says she's just pissed off she is getting backdoored. ED said she won POV 3 weeks in a row. They had to get her out this way. ED says instead of the vote being 5-0 it will be 6-0. Jameka wonders if there will be another hinky vote. ED " no not this week, Dustin is gone." ED says just like when Dustin left, when Jen leaves the mood in the house will be a whole lot better.

Did they say that on the live feeds? What a loophole!

What do you mean, they took away the Penalty Nomination?? Does that mean, even with all the eating she has done, if those dumba$$#$ keep Jen, she can still play POV next week?

Is BB taking a risk that Danielle and Amber will find out some information when they leave the house and go to NY?
Someone could slip them the info about Eric or anything else.

I think Jen gets a penalty vote this eviction night instead of a penalty nomination next week. That's what I think...
I thought Amber said she was not going to cry any more!! Then a few minutes later she is totally ballin!!! Get it together girl!! Don't do drugs!! You'll turn out like Amber!

I'm guessing Jen will be gone.

I voted for Jameka. I liked her in the begining but I can't stand her anymore. All her preaching is nothing but ridiculous. And I can't believe I'll have to endure Amber for another week. What a stupid, weak person she is, plain and simple.

As much as I like Eric, Jess and Jen, I'm really hoping Zach wins. He's never won HOH or POV, and he's never been nominated. How funny would that be?!

So how is Jen allowed to not go to the sequester house? Wouldn't something be in their contract about having to go to sequester or something? They're all yelling so I can't hear what each person is saying.

What I heard was that it is in their contract that they have to go to the sequester house if they are on the jury. But, if they choose to leave, they will not get to vote for final two. So, there will be one less vote for final two. I would imagine once they leave sequester, they forfeit any additional weekly stipends as well.

Honestly, this whole thing is a bunch of crap. I am so tired of CBS manipulating and interfering in this game. I see this season as being the last season of Big Brother. How could they make up all these rules and then just pick and choose which rules work best for them? Doesn't seem fair to us as viewers, and it certainly isn't fair for the contestants.

Jen said she didn't want to go to Mexico and sit on the beach. She said she had too many other things to do.

She also said BB "begged" her to be on the show at the last minute. ha ha

Is the sequester house in Mexico?? I guess so.

Jen said: Jen says she needs to talk to her agent to see if he gives her the okay (to go to sequester) oh my !!!!

Was just reading some feeds from last night on BB and here Dani is - just got back from a trip outside the house and she is fighting with and talking to Dick so horribly.

She should be happy that she got away for a while and saying that it was a wonderful experience and it will make the rest of the time inside the house go by a little quicker.

She is such an unhappy person.

Can't realize that her father is there working with her not against her and just be happy and play the game.

She really is very immature and I hope she grows up sometime soon.

This 3 week fling with Nick is not a big deal. She'll do the same thing with NIck that she has done with Chris by the time a year rolls around.

I really hope that Chris has forgotten her and goes on with his life.

Guess we all have to make our own mistakes and go from there.

I surely hope these ppl get some kind of help/counseling in the future.

Sorry, but DH & I agree with Jen on this whole incident with Dick. He is a vile person...they allow him to get away with everything..he spilled tea on her (isn't that destruction of property? ie her clothes?), he's allowed to talk to people however he wants, to the point of actually being verbal harrassment and BB doesn't do anything because he brings them ratings. They tell/let Eric go put mustard on Jen's clothes which BB has no problem with. But then Jen gets rid of his cigarettes (which, and I know not everyone agrees, but to me, are not personal property) and then BB runs out like they're scared of Dick to go replace them. Then, they (again) let him do what he wants to Jen and they don't help her? Sorry, I side with Jen. She's put up with crap from him since day 1. What she needs to do is just walk out the door and find a lawyer to get advice on whether she can sue BB and Dick for how he's acted. I'm sure she probably can't but it wouldn't hurt to check.

Then on the whole, rule bending some more....if the rules state you must be 21 to be on the show, then they 1) shouldn't have let Daniele on and 2) she shouldn't be eligible to win the prize!

I really like this show, but being able to find out all this behind the scenes stuff this year really opens your eyes. I agree with other posters that BB interferes too much and really bends the rules to the point its not fair.

the cigs are DEFINITELY his personal property - no one else is smoking - they were given to "him". DUH!!!!
