Absolutely they get slack from me that is why I stated that I find it uncomfortable to watch. As far as Jameka goes I just have a problem when people constantly profess their faith in God and seem to use it when it is convienient for them. I also have a problem with people who make fun of someones faith as Dick does. I just think this whole season is a little uncomfortable to watch with Eric- being America's player/ Amber obviously a recovering drug addict/ Dick and Daniele obviously need family therapy...it can just be a bit disturbing. This is by far, for me, the worst season of the show, I'm really disappointed!

The first clue was a man named EVIL DICK What were they thinking

Obviously Alice in Wonderland and Disney, but more than that Harry Potter. There are two references directly to Harry Potter already -- "I'm just wild about Harry" (which is one of the quotes related to HP sites) and the "snitch" in time -- the saying is a STITCH in time (more Disney) but "snitch" is from Harry. Just thought I'd throw it in. When I read this all, I immediately thought of Harry (huge fan that I am).

Curious how this turns out.

As an aside, there are TONS of Alice references in the HP books so that's possible. LOVE the idea of Disney being involved, but unlikely on CBS.

I thought everything you did.

The mad hatter had a problem changing up the words or phrasing in the quotes. I heard him say stitch and snitch both. At first I thought maybe he just didn't know the quote because he had to keep referring to his little cheat sheet. I thought maybe he wasn't reading it right. But then I thought that maybe it was supposed to be snitch. Snitch, meaning informant not the Harry Potter reference.

Christ was as tough as the best of us. He got disgusted with people and let people have it regularly. I became a Christian in my 30s and was truly amazed at Him. I thought all these years that Christians were the church lady types that I despised. Some people feel they have to be.. uh Not!

The only criteria for being a Christian is to be a sinner and to believe Christ died for your sins. The walk AFTER that is a long and amazing one, but it's still as a faulty human.

Anyone who expects Christians to be perfect doesn't realize that we cannot be. It's not man's nature to be sinless. To quote the bumpersticker, "We're not perfect, just saved."

Christians are soldiers, fighting the good fight. Our purpose is to finally be like Him but it's a loooooong and hard fight. It's also to respect and honor Him. It's hard to do in a world who thinks they know who and how we should be and have no earthly (ED) clue...

ED unnerves me because he's SUPPOSED to be an adult. He acts like a college kid. As a bonified adult he disgusts me. I would never get up in the face of a person half my age... it's unnecessary. An adult should show wisdom, not be a wart on the side of people who need to learn how to be grown.

I give youth a break because I WAS one once. I made oodles of mistakes... but I learned from them and continue to. They will get there one day. As my 80 year old Dad always told me when I asked him HOW was he always so tolerant and calm "Keep on living"...

It pays to learn with age. And teach those around you.

I just wanted to say thank you. I was really moved by this post.

Anyone know what the plan is for eviction!?!?! I read on jokers that last night Jess whispered to Eric that they were keeping ED! Is that true!?!??!?! Anyone know what the story is?

As for BB, I really wonder if the CBS execs have worked it out for Dick to stay?

Ok, you guys inspired me to go look at the cbs message boards. Sounds as if Eric and Jess may possibly be in a new alliance w/Dick and Danielle. Maybe good for Jess, as she could win against most of them, but then maybe bad...this could be good for Danielle (unfortunately) because if Eric and Jess cross Dustin and Amber, they're not likely to forgive, forget and then vote for them to win. Tonite should be a good live episode!

Can you imagine her AND Dustins faces? I really like Dustin, more than ED for sure, but it may be funny. Amber will be SO mad at Eric....Jess will claim she had no idea and try to play both sides. Oh, and I vote for the hammer for Amber as well. Honestly, I think for a change she may be more mad first, then do the crying.
