Is it sad that when I was watching the new ep of Big Bang Theory last night, all I could think about were the inaccuracies of their princess makeovers? I can just see BBB having a sudden influx of teens/young adults turning up for makeovers because the Big Bang girls got it done. Kind of ruined it for me

I thought the same thing. Only kids are allowed to wear costumes most days I understand.

Yeah, and I thought there was an age limit to BBB too - 12 or something? Anyway, I do feel like it's a bit misleading

As a BBT fan but with no TV reception so watch it mostly on DVDs haven't seen this ep yet but sounds like a fun episode even if it is totally misleading. So do they go to BBB at DL for the make-over? We only just watched the last ep of the last series last night-the marriage one-really enjoyed it and glad Howard actually got to go into space. I was hoping they wouldn't write it that he wimped out!

Yeah I thought that was good too

Once I realised this episode involved Disneyland, I got a bit excited! They didn't specifically mention BBB at any point, I just assumed that's what they meant. And they didn't actually show them at Disneyland either. Was a bit disappointing in the end

Oh OK. Well will catch it when the next season is released -prob in time for Xmas. Bit sad we watched the last series too quickly-its not yet Easter and we've finished it...still got almost a full box set of Numbers to go though! This was a DH gift to the family really. I'd never seen it before and we're all quite hooked.

I don't think they can go into DL or mention anything too DL specific because it's not a Disney show if that makes sense. If BBT was on the US ABC then they can go into more DL details - like the Modern Family episode from not too long ago.

It's like before WOC opened there was an episode where they went to DL to watch the new light show, everyone assumed it was WOC but there was no actual mention of it, and a few people questioned why they were talking about it before it opened...

I missed that one. But the way tv stations are it's sure to be repeated ad nauseam in the future

Kitsch thanks for the links-I had totally forgotten about the Sheldon goes to Disney ep. Looking at the girls sorry, but don't you think, especially if you were 20 something still, it'd be fun if they had a special separate "zone" (so you couldn't walk around the parks confusing the littlies) where you could get done up as a princess too? and maybe have a photo shoot?? Miss Shuttergirl if you ever want a change from baby shoots-there's an idea.

When DD14 had it done when she was 12 they asked if I wanted it done as well they told us they often have grandmas mothers and daughters in I think the age limit is only on the ships unless there is a new rule but obviously you can't get the package with the dresses
