Biergarten Best Time

I was able to grab a 6:15 reservation for Biergarten. We definitely want to see the whole show and I see that it starts at 5:55. Is 6:15 too early to catch the entire 7:00 show? They just extended our park hours so I could start looking for a 7:45 reservation if that’d be better? (I could also look for a 6:45 reservation but those are all booked). What would the ideal time be?

Or maybe a better question to ask is how long does a meal currently take (with family style) at Biergarten?

Pre-Covid, we would time our meals for a few minutes before the start time of a show and we would usually finish our meal at the end of the second show.
