So... Even though we have been to Disney every year for the last 9 years, wr had never dine BBB before and I royally messed up on scheduling BBB for my kids last year. I don't want to mess this up this time, so please tell me what to do... We will be having dinner at CRT one of the nights we are there, so I would like to get reservations at BBB for that day at MK. I need to call in right? No online ressies? Is it the same number as the dining reservations? What time can I call? Is CRT only able to be reserved by phone also, or can I do that while I am online at the 180 day mark? So nerve-wracking! Any help you can give is very welcome!

Call 1-407-WDW-STYLE. No online reservations for BBB. Or the dining line can do it too.

CRT can be done online. Just be sure to link your reservation if you are paying with dining credits and don't want to be charged at the time of reservation.

I JUST made these same reservations. You call to make the BBB reservations at 7am EST on the 180 day mark. You can make the CRT ressie online at the 180 day mark at 6am EST. For me, I found that BBB was harder to get than CRT, so I scheduled BBB first and then went online and scheduled CRT for immediately afterwards.

When I made my BbB reservation, they offered (& did) make the CRT reservation for me at the same time. (They also offered me tickets, etx, lol!)

I also did not book at 7 am on the 180 mark... It was several days after & at night and I still got the time and hour I wanted
