Has anyone been/got any plans to go or know anything more about it? I happended to mention it, in passing, to DD1 today, thinking she wouldn't be at all interested and she would really like to go. Do you think, at 13, she is probably a bit too old for it :confused3

My youngest will be celebrating her 7th birthday when we visit in Dec so this is definitely something I have planned for a birthday treat, she'll love it. I was planning on asking DD1 who will be 13 if she will want to do it as well, I think she'd love having the make-up and nails done but not too sure about the hair. If your DD does go for it would be interested to know her opinion.

There was a thread here recently which included pictures of the hairstyles. I personally thought they were for younger children but when you look you can make your own mind up.You know your daughter.

hope this is the correct link. If not search it was listed on 1st April.

Thanks coastergirl - I showed her the pictures and she thought they looked pretty cool. Personally, I always thought it was for young girls but I don't see any reason why she couldn't have it done if she wanted.

If we decided to do it, I'll certainly let you know how we get on :)

Have booked the Castle Package for DD aged 5 . When she saw the pictures of the hairstyles, she said she liked the look of the Pop Princess. I can't wait to see what she looks like

Wilma-bride lets face it your are never too old or young for a little bit of pampering!! Although at 40 perhaps I would be a little too old for this package!!
My middle child is having a salon party this week for her birthday. Her and 4 friends are going to get their nails and make up done at a beautician. lt was her choice and too be honest it will be the cheapest party any of my girls have ever had.
She aksed if her and her 2 sisters could go to get their hair put up before the party something she obviously picked up from the bibbity bobbiddi brochure she saw here.
I intend to book the middle package as a treat for them on the last day. Had told them they could use their own money which didn't go down too well with the eldest 9 who obviously has plans to spend it on something else.
Never mind 6 months till we go so they have a long time to change and rechange their minds and argue over who is having what hairstyle!!!

Just another thought, Joh - they do teen packages at the spas at the Grand Floridian & Saratoga Springs if that might appeal instead?

I don't think thirteen is too old for the BBB necessaily but I guess your DD may feel a little uncomfortable if the other girls having it done are all a lot younger than her?
