Bib for marathon?

Hello! My cousin missed the registration deadline (that last 4% really fills up in hours!) for the marathon in January. Does anyone know any way to get a number now that it's sold out!? I don't know anyone that has signed up for this one and isn't running it...
I've seen some people have gotten numbers through travel agents?

Go to the registration page and look at travel operators/charity entries. Those are the only option now as bibs aren't transferable and cannot be sold. Don't fall into that trap because I am sure you will get PM's or see postings for people selling their bibs, but what is the point of running a race if you don't get credit for it?
