Beware Parking Charges

Do DVC resorts charge for parking? We just stayed at the treehouses and weren’t charged. We used a magic band to open the treehouse gate daily.

Guests staying on DVC points reservations don’t pay for parking because it’s covered in the member fees the owner pays. Cash guests are supposed to pay for parking, but sometimes Disney doesn’t bill them.

This happened to us in October at the GF. We used a car service and the driver told the guard at the gate he was dropping off, we did not use our band to open open the gate. I'm about 50/50 in getting an email folio, so glad you can check your bill in MDE now. I wonder how many times we paid and didn't even realize it. There are so many charges on the bill that unless you read each line its easy to miss it.
