better rates? June or July

We're looking at a Mod or Deluxe for one of 3 sets of dates.
6/6-6/8, 6/20-6/22, 7/18-7/20.
Someone told me after July 4th would be a better time to be there. But some of the better rates end before July 4th. I haven't seen July rates yet. Does anyone know if code rates go down or up for July?
What's you take on the better time to be in the WDW, June or July?

As far as crowds go June 6-8 would be least crowded. Probably a little less hot too (but still hot). As far as rates go I believe July begins the value season for some deluxe resorts. In that respect it may be less expensive. Based on past hours the parks are usually open later in July than early June.

As far as codes or discounted rates are concerned I think we've learned from the current set of codes and lack of AP rates for June so far that none of those are ever a sure thing. Currently the rates at mod's for reg season are $10 more/night than last years codes and the deluxes are anywhere from the same discount (CR wing) to not even close (about $50/nt plus per night more than last year's codes ie AKL last June $169 pre tax Savannah view and this year it's $215 pre tax).
