Man, time flies....
Sorry I haven't posted. But I do think of you often.
Sorry about your mom. I hope she's feeling better by now. How wonderful that you could help them out so much.
Great job on your last w/i.
You're really doing awesome. Even the night you wanted comfort and turned to food...you still fit that into your weekly points. That is dedication, my friend.
Keep up the great work, and setting a bed time is an awesome idea. I should follow your lead.

. Awesome job!!!!
I'm really proud of you. I know you're super busy but let us know how you're doing when you get a chance!
WHo knows. I will figure something out tonight or tomorrow.
I sauteed 2 cloves of garlic. 1/2 onion, and some carrot shreds. I then added a can of tomatoes and 3 zucchinins thinly sliced. Cover/stam until zuchinni is tender. Add basil, oregano, parm cheese. Yummy and easy.
Enough complaining.
for DD. Here's hoping you all have a nice, quiet, relaxing weekend.
I can't even imagine.
That puts ma at about the 1/2 way point of my weight loss.
. Hope she's feeling ok today!!! And your mom too!
Oh well, that is what they are there for. I took DD to the gym. I did an easy 1/2 hour on the elliptical, weight circuits, and 100 crunches on the stability ball. Then I took DD swimming for an hour. We were supposed to go to my inlas for dinner, but I was getting a migraine, so I bailed. It was full blown by 8Pm, so I was in bed. It passed about 11Pm.
He needs to take DD to dance at least once a week and pitch in around the house a bit more.
