bestbuy.com??? anyone having problems??

sooo , i ordered something online through them on black friday ( i know it was busy, i knew it would probably take a little longer..) anyways, 8 days later and nothing, my order status hasnt changed(its said in progress - will ship 0-1 days), i cant get a hold of anyont in customer service, if you email them you get an auto reply, it wont let me cancel my order..
i checked out the forums on the best buy website, and apparently im far from the only one having this problem, just wondering if you guys have had anyting similar happen, and what took care of it.
i was told by the store that if my order gets canceled that i wouldnt be able to get what i ordered at the price i paid.. i can go in the store and see these items on the shelf, how hard is it for them to TAKE CARE OF A CUSTOMER??? these wernt door busters or anything they ran out of either.
 
Did you call the customer service number that is on their website? I've called that number and never had a problem speaking to someone. I would try that.

i called it, got put on hold, transfered, then disconnected.
 
I ordered on Monday and my order is already shipped. I hope yours gets fixed soon. Call them.

i have called, emailed, used twitter, used their message boards on their site.. nothing yet. i was told it was in the process of being shipped out.. but its been like that since 12:05 last friday...
 
Probably has nothing to do with your order but if you have a Best Buy credit card,Chase has cut ties with Best Buy leaving only HSBC as the only bank issuing Best Buy cards.I believe if you have a Chase Best Buy card your account will be closed.
 
When the hp touchpad went on that big sale I bought one off of best buy and it said the same thing as what yours says....processing should ship 0-1 days and that was for about 5 days.
The only thing you can do is try calling them again, and if you get disconnected call back.

i didnt use a best buy card, but i can see why chase cut their ties. Best buys website forums is blowing up with complaints, mostly from the same thing thats happened to me.
 
i ordered a GPS from best buy on thanksgiving day, and my order has shipped, but i haven't received it yet, because best buy shipped it by UPS Mail Innovations - it's coming through the post office! it'll probably be busted all to the devil and back by the time i get it, and yes, i'm really ticked off about it!

i hope you get your issue fixed and your merchandise shows up soon, OP.
 
I still have one item waiting to ship also. I assume they must have been overwhelmed by orders.
 
EVERYTHING I ordered from Best Buy black friday weekend is now backordered. I keep getting emails that it should be 1-2 weeks before shipped (although I get those emails daily).
 
I am also having issues with 2 orders. Both Black Friday orders that were placed when the sale went 'live'. One game has been 'processing' for 8 days now. The other one I received a back order email almost immediately after placing the order. I have learned NEVER to order popular games from them on sale unless I can do store pick up. I'm guessing neither will be here in time for Christmas and i'll have to pay full price for them elsewhere.

Same here, with the exception of my Harry Potter blu-ray. That's the only thing that has shipped.
 
i owuld be fine if my game went on backorder, but rigt now i have NO clue what is going on with my product... and the fact that i can see in, pick it up in the store is really getting to me.
 
Don't expect to get any customer service from Best Buy. They seemed to have discarded customer service as a rule.
 
Best Buy's customer service line is ridiculously problematic. It is a shame that a store that is so customer-friendly in person can't/won't do better when it comes to phone and online support. I already have the item I ordered from them on Thanksgiving and the one I ordered on Cyber Monday is scheduled for delivery today, but on the one occasion I did have an issue with an order ($2000 worth of reward zone points not crediting properly) getting it resolved took a lot of headache and patience. If you can get to a person on their phone line they're quite helpful, but I was disconnected probably a dozen times over several days before I got to a live human being that could help me resolve the issue.
 
OP, instead of venting here, you should be on the phone with Best Buy. Disconnects happen and you need to keep calling until you get through to a live person. Venting here is getting you no closer to getting your order resolved.

i understand this, i was seeing if anyone else was in this situation and what they did to clear it up.
ive spent 2 hours on the phone with best buy, and only talked to one person.
 
I have had nothing but problems with an order that i placed on Thanksgiving Day. I spent 2 hours a day, 3 days in a row on the phone, on hold, trying to get it resolved. Finally on the 3rd day I spoke with someone in customer relations and she was able to get it straightened out. My items are coming in one at a time and I ordered 9. They were triple charging me/cancelling my order, etc. Just keep trying to get through.
 
I actually had the same problem. Called BB CS just a couple hours ago and talked to someone (probably a minute wait). All she could tell me was the same thing as what's listed on the "order tracking" page.
But lo and behold, I received emails that "Your BestBuy order has been shipped" not a half hour ago.
So maybe they're just getting behind. I hope your stuff gets shipped soon.
