We will be traveling to So Cali for my daughter's field hockey tournament in November & couldn't pass up an opportunity to go out a few days early to visit DL!! We're also huge hockey fans & are planning on going to a Ducks game while we're there. What's the best way to get to the Honda Center from Disneyland Hotel? We won't be picking up the car until the morning we leave for Palm Springs? Has anyone used Uber in Anaheim? How easy would it be to get a taxi after the game?

Sorry if this has been asked & answered, but my search is acting stupid!

TIA!!!!

I remembered something about the ART (Anaheim Resort Transit) including the Honda Center in one of their routes. Don't know if the timing will necessarily work out for you.

ART tickets will cost $5 per person for a one-day all-day pass.

Also, you will have to walk out to the Disney transportation center which means walk from DLH, through DtD, through bag check, through the parks esplanade, and out to the bus area.

The Honda Center is only 4 or 5 miles from DL, so depending on how many people are going to the game, you may just want to pay a bit extra and get a cab. It will save time and trouble. I'm thinking $15-$20 each way maybe? I don't know how easy/hard it would be to get a cab. It's been a few years since we've been to the Honda Center and we drove our own car, so I didn't pay a lot of attention to other transpo options.

I have taken a taxi from GCH to Honda Center. There are always taxis waiting at GCH, but don't know about DLH.
It was not difficult to get at taxi after the game. There is a taxi line, but I just flagged one down on Katella.

I'm a Sharks fan, and so dislike both the Ducks and the Kings :headache:
The Honda Center is a terrible venue, uncomfortable seats and TSA style security
It is certainly worth the effort to go to Staples Center to see the Kings, one of the best arenas in the country :goodvibes

Thanks, everyone!! I was thinking taxi would be the best way & I'm glad to see there's a taxi line at the Honda Center.

We're Canucks fans in Flyers country & have met one of the Duck players several times during his time in the minors. We'll deal with the crappy venue & security to see him play again!
