Best way to DVC at WDW in the month of July??

I guess I am Oddball out;) We never go to the parks in the morning. We hang out at the pool in the morning. We have lunch and then a quick nap. Then we head over to the parks late afternoon. My husband can not deal with the afternoon heat unless he is by a large body of water to jump into! When it rains we just grab our Disney rain ponchos out of my husbands back pack and keep on moving. Definitly do not let the rain stop us and the ponchos keep you pretty dry! We love going in the summer especially after the brutal chicago winters we get! It took us quite a few years to figure out that this is the best way for us to enjoy Disney!

On the rain topic for those who may have a stroller or wheelchair, pack a couple large (as large as possible) garbage bags to cover these vehicles. If it looks like it may rain and you park the stroller/wheelchair, you can cover them in case it rains while on a ride (like Crissi said).

As for resorts, BLT has monorail access to MK and EPCOT. BCV and BWV has boat access to EPCOT and HS. Thus you can do a fun ride to at least two parks from these resorts.

As for granddad, maybe he would prefer to ride the train? Amtrak goes into Florida.

Thank you everyone. I'm glad I got some great ideas and hope they keep coming in. :wizard:

Thanks again,
