Hi which villa is which resort do you think is the best for a family of four

The answer to that really depends on what you are looking for in a resort and villa. Which parks will you visit most? Do you want a full kitchen, plus washer/dryer? Do you need real beds for everyone or are some pull-outs ok? Will you use the pool at all?

Yes to using kitchen and washer dryer. Pool is okay not important but nice. And yes real beds. I like magic kingdom and Hollywood studios

Mine are 3 and 1 but my sister will book too.
My nieces and nephews are 5-12 years old

To have a kitchen and W/D will require a 1 or 2BR. Studios do not have kitchens.

The best one is the one you are staying in!

Less facetiously: I've stayed at six different DVC resorts. I have some preferences among those, but every single one has things to recommend it. There are some questions to ask yourself when thinking about this:

1: How much space will you want? What in-room amenities are important to you? Some folks are happy to put four in a studio. We happen to think a 2BR is just right for the four of us, and even when I'm alone I like having a separate living room, a kitchen, and a washer/dryer.

2: Do you want to be in the middle of it all 24/7, or do you want your resort to be a bit of a respite from the hustle and bustle of the theme parks? There are times for both, but overall I tend to prefer being a bit removed from the action for some real downtime.

3: Will you have a car, or would you rather rely entirely on Disney to get you from place to place? I almost always rent a car, and am willing to drive to most internal destinations myself.

4: Is there a "vibe" you are looking for: Rustic and playful? Elegant and luxurious? Each resort has a slightly different feel to it, and some might fit you better than others. I tend to gravitate to the informal and casual, but also appreciate understated elegance.

OKW 2BR = 290 pts in summer for a week
VGF 2BR starts at 454 pts for the same period

Good point (pun intended)

Each resort has its advantages and downsides as well as their point costs

SSR- Refurbed units are nice- buses to parks- walk or boat to DS
AKV- Animal viewing from rooms; Jambo has great restaurants; Kidani has a great kids play area by the pool; buses to parks
BCV-awesome pool although maybe not for the little ones; proximity to the Boardwalk; walk to Epcot and DHS ; buses to other parks
BWV- on the Boardwalk with the entertainment and restaurants; walk to Epcot and DHS; buses to other parks
BRV/CCV- great theming; boat or bus to MK; buses to other parks
BLT- watching the monorail and looking at the MK; walk to MK; buses to other parks
VGF- MK view; walk to MK; buses to other parks
PV- MK view and long walk to MK; buses to other parks; only studios and bungalows
RIV- access to skyliner or buses
* We haven’t stayed at VGF, RIV, or PV since they converted to villas
