Just a different opinion

I thought Sunshine Seasons was one of the most mediocre meals of the trip. Dh was excited to eat in the land, and we both liked the dessert selection. I got the roasted Veggie flatbread. The veggies were good, and the sandwhich was HUGE, but the flatbread was cardboardish. DH had a turkey sandwhich on focaica bread. We both thought the meals were just ehhh and I guess our expectations were too high from the reviews we had read. Also DH didn't like his fruit tulip, but that is his own fault because what he thought were peaches were mango.... so we switched desserts. At Epcot I liked Yorkshire Fish Company, The snacks at La Cava Tequila, The CS at the bakery in France, and The delish CS in Morocco.

[bolding mine] Why would you eat at what is essentially a mall food court when there are so many neat dining options in World Showcase? If I wanted to eat at that mall, I can do that at home.

I'm sorry - I read OP's question to be:
1. Lots of food (good Value)
2. Cheap (college student)
3. Indoors...

I didn't mean to imply that Mall Courtyards are my favorite place to eat!

IMHO Teppan Edo is my fav. WS Restaurant for many reasons...some purely personal reasons...

I second the opionions - sunshine seasons does remind me of a mall food court, in fact that was exactly what I was thinking before I read it. I think the food is MUCH better than a mall, but the atmosphere reminds me of being in a mall food court. WS is much better atmosphere.

Secondly, we LOVE Japanese food and so do our children so we were so excited about eating at the Japanese CS. NEVER again. It was horrible - the worst meal of our entire trip. Atmoshpere, yes, food no!

I will agree - Sunshine Seasons for variety, amount of food, and climate. STAY AWAY DURING REGULAR LUNCH TIME! Took us 15 minutes to find a table - walking around with our food the whole time.

Morocco was our favorite 'meal' in WS - huge portions & chicken dish was excellent! That's on my radar for our trip again this year. We plan to 'eat around the world' agian this year - something from every country.
