I vote for the Dyson Animal too. I got mine as a good deal on HSN when it was a todays special. Paying that much all at once for a vacuum would have made me faint but I spread pmts of about 68 over 5 or 6 months so it didnt seem so bad.
I'm not sure I'd take credit for that - it was the worst money I think I've ever spent. I know I'm one of the few people that didn't like my Dyson (nor the second Dyson that we finally convinced them to replace it with because the first one was such a lemon - the second was just as bad). But I bought it because everyone else loved it.
as some of you know I work for dyson let me advise you that all dyson vacuums have the same suction different models have better performance the attachments make it an animal
if you buy a dc 7 buy the cheapest all floor (yellow) different price means different attachments
dc14 the same as dc07 no difference except price
dc17 dc24 dc25 all have 2 motors where the dc07 & dc14 do not
dc15 is being replaced with the dc24 &dc25 they are the ball any questions let me know
I use and love the Bissell LiftOff Revolution Pet. I have 4 indoor pets-a border collie, a long haired cat, and two short hair cats; my vacuum gets all of their hair up, if I could teach the pets to run it themselves it would be perfect.
I have the Bissel Pet Hair vacuum and its amazing. I couldnt believe what it pulled out of my carpet the first couple of vaccuums. I didnt even know my dog shed that much! Used to have a Kirby and it was junk!
