Best Umbrella Type Stroller

We have the Joovy Groove Ultralight umbrella stroller and the City Mini GT. We are most likely bringing the GT when we go to WDW in November. The Joovy is great for shopping, restaurants, etc., but the GT pushes better over different terrain and is a little easier to steer. The Joovy is easy to fold and has a good recline. It's the stroller I use on a day to day basis at home. Oh and it also has a weight limit of about 55 lb I believe, which is higher than many umbrella strollers!

We are driving down. I have a stroller but it's one of those huge graco ones that takes up 1/2 the trunk. Last time we flew and rented a citi mini and we were happy with it....

However--for the same price I can buy one that folds up small and drive it down with us and KEEP it :) ....so---does the Jeep sport fold up small? The ignite looks like it folds really small.

I'm trying to balance comfort, storage, price and size while keeping the budget around 50-60.

If a stroller you want is over your budget, try checking Craigslist. The more expensive strollers are often durable enough to last through multiple children and can be a good buy used.

We ended up purchasing the Jeep stroller today. I would say that it folds up to be slightly smaller than the City Mini & definitely a lot lighter. We're very happy with it so far. A local Walmart had one on display so we checked it out & folded it up before we bought it. It can even be folded one handed. For the price, I feel that it can't be beat. And if something would happen to it, we're out less than a rental.

For those that have the Jeep stroller, do you have the rain cover for it as well? And what bag are you using for it on the airplane.

I really like our Combi Flare stroller. A umbrella stroller with a canopy and a small basket/bag underneath and the back can be pulled down. I've had this stroller for 4 years and had been with us on many trips including WDW.

City Mini! I especially like that the shade is so large, great for the sun & rain.
It doesn't fold like an umbrella stroller but its one hand fold system makes it simple, and we've never had a problem on any airline.
