I've got kind of a different answer, not sure if it qualifies though. My favorite restaurant at a Universal Resort is the room service at RPR.
We did room service at RPR for Thanksgiving dinner last year, and I was surprised that it was actually one of the best meals we had the whole time we were on vacation. There was turkey and gravy, stuffing, asparagus, rolls, salad, and even pie for dessert. It was really incredible!
(Not cheap though - I think around $50 each.

We did go to Tchoup Chop once
years ago, and I know I'm in the minority but I really didn't care for it. The service wasn't bad (it did take a long time to get the food though), but the food just wasn't anything to write home about in my very humble opinion. However, we went when they first opened, and they might be a lot better now. We'll probably give it another shot next time we stay out there. Everyone I talk to says they like that restaurant so I think we just had a rare experience.
