We went last year and used the dining plan before the menu changes and our kids really enjoyed their meals and the very cool desserts, too. We are only planning on doing it for four days this year and are trying to include restaurants they would enjoy.
We have Coral Reef, Akershus Princess dinner (which we did last year), Spoodles for convenience (staying at BWV) and Kona Cafe (someplace I have always wanted to go).
I have read the menus on All Ears and they don't sound too great, for the kids I mean. If anyone can tell me about your experiences at any of these restaurants...or suggest others, I would really appreciate that. Do the restaurants I have chosen allow any substitutions or is it very strict? Do they offer any special desserts, like the make your own ice cream sundae (one of the highlights of their dining experience last year).
My kids are 7 and 4 and enjoy trying new things, but also like the basics sometimes, like pasta & meatballs, pizza, chicken fingers, etc.
TIA,
Jacqueline
