For those who have met Baymax, how long has the line typically been? Is going as soon as the park opens the best strategy? Or does he start his meet and greets later in the day? Thanks so much!

He begins at 10:00, according to Kenny the Pirate. Head over to the Animation Building at park opening and you'll be one of the first guests to meet Hiro and Baymax.

That's what we ended up doing when we met Hiro and Baymax last week. We got in line just after 2:00, they came out at 2:30 and we met them by 2:45.
