Best Time to Call to get CM during FD????

I want to add Chef Mickey's to our ADRs for our September trip during free dining. When's the best time for me to call and add this?? I've had no luck at this point adding it for any time during our trip. This is the only place that we ate at last time we were there that we liked enough to eat at again. I'd also like to make this *the* place we eat every time we go to Disney. I was easily able to add this to our December trip. Any extra pixie dust you could send my way to add it for September would be wonderful!!!!

In case anyone has time booked and is looking to cancel: ideally I'd like 9/19 for an early dinner (before MNSSHP) or 9/21 for breakfast before we leave. I didn't book with all of the other ADRs because I thought we'd used all of our credits for the dining plan and wasn't thinking along the "tradition" lines of our plans for dining and future trips.

Have you considered lunch? I read they added lunch during free dining. Also read that some CM's were not aware of it.

I would call right at 7:00 AM EST when the WDW-Dining line opens, or take the advice of Northern_Julie and try to make an ADR there during lunch.

Thanks guys! I've been trying at 7am before DH goes to work, when I get home at 1:30 and in the evening, like 6-8 (all EST). I'll try again tomorrow maybe for an early lunch one day.

I have found that when I call around 4:00pm eastern time, I can get throught right away. I have never gone to Disney World during the free dining time, it is to hot for me then. I wish they did this during other months.
