Anyone know the best way to walk around the parks when they are near empty (or at least seem that way). I know obviously they are never empty but is there a way to see the parks when there is a small crowd? Early morning ADR? The new EMM? Not sure if you can wander the entire parking during EMM or early ADR.

Not so concerned about attractions, more thinking about wander and taking photo's with little crowds.

**EDIT**
Should have mentioned that I prefer early morning or during daylight.

After they close at night. You can hang around the parks after they close, everyone is in a hurry to get to their cars or buses but you could take your time exiting.

Thanks! I added to my original post but I'm more interested in early morning or during daylight. I'm asking the impossible but it seems EMM is really the best way into the park with a much smaller crowd.

Also the best time of the year for it is the beginning of September!

well then yeah, def. any of the special early hour events would be better.

The Halloween event starts as well and that is the best time to go trick or treating at night then you have the decorations to take pics of and the characters as well :)

The last hour of evening Extra Magic Hours is the best time to try this. It will be relatively quiet, and unlike in the morning, the entire park will be open for roaming.

If you want daytime photos, try morning extra magic hours, but not all lands will be open. Same with PPO ADRs, you can't just wander anywhere you like in the park. Immediately after rope drop will be your best bet for those lands that don't open for Extra Magic Hours.

Usually they have ropes to keep guests in specific areas during EMH so I would expect that to be the same for PPO ADRS and EMM.

I have gone the opposite way of the main attractions at RD and had a bit of time with limited guests, but that is usually limited to about 10-15 minutes before all areas are covered.
