Best Time for Dinner Reservations

We'll be in DW for 4 nights during our next trip & would like to see the Magic Kingdom & Epcot fireworks. Trying to figure out the best time for dinner reservations. Any suggestions? Thank You!

For Magic Kingdom I would say 4PM if on a day of a Christmas Party(if you are attending Special Ticket) 5 or 6PM otherwise. In Epcot 6 or 7PM should be fine as the Illumination show does not start till 9pm.
