Does anyone have some suggestions on what to do in Nassau? Just the straw market? Is it better to stay around close and eat on the ship? Sons are 10 & 6.

I bet they would enjoy going to Atlantis and seeing the aquariums. Maybe even get a day pass to the pool area. Its not cheap, but could be a fun day.

I usually just get off for a little bit in Nassua and stay near the ship.

We just returned from the 11/04 Wonder and spent the Nassau day at Atlantis.

It was the high light of our trip. We rented a room at the Comfort Suites (175+tax) which gives you full access to the Atlantis pools, slide, aquarium and beach (you are given wrist bands which give you access to everything, including towels). My kids would have been devastated if we went to Atlantis and couldn't use the slides, lazy river and pool (if you book through the cruise line, you don't have access to the pools and slides)

You just grab a cab (at $4/person) outside the cruise terminal and it's about a 5 minute ride to the resort.

Let me know if you need further info

Does anyone know what options you have to get to Blue Lagoon. Is the only option through excursions ?

We will have 5 in our group - 2 adults, 2 kids & 1 senior (MIL) who would not want to do the pools, but would enjoy the acquarium. Could I just buy her an aquarium ticket?
