I will be spending Thanksgiving 2008 at WDW. I will be eating Thanksgiving dinner with a party of ten. My group will include three 5-year old boys, including one who isn't generally great at nice restaurants. So while I'd love a nice upscale meal at a place like Artist Point, I think my best bet is to go for a more kid-friendly buffet. Where would you recommend -- who has the best buffet meal on Thanksgiving?

How about Liberty Tree Tavern? They have the traditional turkey/ham dinner. The characters are there at dinner. Personally, I have only been there for lunch, which was terrific, BTW!

We did the Garden Grill (the one at Epcot that turns on a platform as you eat- I think it is called Garden Grill) Char. Tgiving dinner and although memories of the dinner and food and atmosphere was something that still warms me to this day, we had ADRs and still had to wait 2 hours!! I have to say it was worth it though.

We always do Garden Grill for Thanksgiving, not a buffet, but it is all you can eat, the food is good and there are farmer mickey and friends characters

Hollywood and Vine is where we've eaten Thanksgiving dinner when we are at the parks. It has all the traditional fixings, as well as some other great dishes! My kids love it there!
We spend the day at DHS...catch the afternoon parade (I love to see Santa's arrival at the end of the parade), have dinner, wander over to see the Christmas lights, and then finish the night with a showing of Fantasmic! It's the perfect way to spend the holiday! :goodvibes
