Looking to send treats for Rosh Hashanah to my niece and nephew but have zero idea what brands of marzipan have the best taste, any help is appreciated.

I am planning on sending Mikes Hot Honey, I think it will be a fun thing to taste, it seems hot honey is the new big thing.

Judging by your name, I'd recommend going to a Publix in neighborhoods with large/er jewish populations (Winter Park, DrPhillips)
Most Publix have a portion of an aisle dedicated to Jewish/Israeli goodies.. they are hit and miss for variety tho.. some have better variety than others. I'd say the Publix in Winter Park village is the one with the better stock, where I've seen lots of candies/cookies, etc... also the one in W Sand Lake (close to Volcano Bay)
Also, try asking https://shalomorlando.org/ - they are good at responding most of the time.

Shana Tova to you and your family!

Our family is in Northern Miami. We have eaten at some very nice places while visiting but I don't recall being at a bakery.
