best sun burn remedy?

I grew up on the beach. Alternating vinegar and Noxema always helped us. I got a bit of a burn today, myself. I bet I'll need the vinegar tomorrow.

I have *ridiculously* fair skin and reddish hair, as well as an actual sun allergy, so I've had my fair share of nasty sunburns!

I'm a HUGE believer in Noxema!!

as hot as you can stand it shower- yes HOT...it opens the pores & releases the heat. Also I love Noxema but if he is severly burned--has the chills, can't get warm enough..he needs to see that doctor- I had that b4 and had to get a special cream to put on it was like a silvery color. good luck-- my DH just had it on his feet, they were purple...used aloe fromthe fridge every night.
