Hello all looking for advice. My little sister is graduating high school and I want to take a trip to the world with her to celebrate but unfortunately her time in between hs and college is June, July, and August. I've been 7 times in the last 3 years but only during Feb, sept, October and first week of December, which tend to be slower times.

So what would you do? Are these months just to crazy?

Hi and :welcome: to the DIS!

Early June and late August are the least crowded of that group. That doesn't mean you'll be able to walk onto all the attractions, it just means the rest of the time will be much busier.

The weeks leading up to and following July 4 are among the busiest weeks of the year at WDW.

I think June and July tend to be pretty crazy. We have always found the crowds drop off significantly after the middle of August. You still have the humidity to contend with but less people around (compared to June/July).

We are June Visitors! This year from June 20th-June 28th. Yes it is hot and busy. But we have always had magical trips and lots of happy memories. Plan and visit the parks later at night. We love it and counting down the days now!:thumbsup2

August looks like the best choice but I already have an adult trip booked for 9/13-9/21 so was trying to avoid going to close.

Megalex, ever go mid June? Looking at the week of the 14th, also a there any ways to get discounts for dates that close? Orbitz?

We usually go during the second week of June except this year. In the past I have made reservations in Dec/Jan with public discounts from WDW directly or I have received pin codes in the mail. The pin code offers are random from WDW if you are a regular guest of WDW(my best guess why pin codes are sent out).
This year is different for us. We are staying at a DTD hotel (the new renovated "B resort" grand opening June 1st). We got an introductory offer.
