What are the must have souvenirs outside of course the Mickey ears!

I have my coffee mug and travel mug. I use them every day.

there's the picture frame(s) for the best photo(s) from the trip,
the coffee mug to remember the trip each morning,
the t-shirt/sweatshirt to start converstions about the trip,
the ride-specific souvenir from my favorite ride (Yay Figment!),
and my favorite - something small from each of the countries in WS.

We always get an ornament. We get it personalized with the date. Hopefully, when I'm old & sitting around the Christmas tree with the grandkids, I'll have a completly Disney tree! Sbella

I always buy a big photo album and put all our Disney pictures in it.

Next time we go we'll hopefully have a digital camera, so my strategy my change some.

I like to get souvenirs from World Showcase since they're unique to the country. DS got a stein from Germany, DD got a kimono from Japan, and I got a troll from Norway.

I always like to get a cool Disney watch on our trips to WDW. . . I guess I've got a "watch thing." As of now, I have: Mickey, Minnie, Tigger, Pooh, Eeyore, and Grumpy -- and they all are different styles and have different colored bands so I can wear whichever one matches my outfit for the day. I get a good, Disney feeling every time I have to check the time.

I've also purchsed some very nice, professional Disney pens on trips. And we better go on a trip soon. . . I just lost my last Disney pen!!! And, no, I didn't lose it on purpose just to go on another trip. . . really.

I also collect magnets, and have to buy some of those anytime we travel anyplace.

Yep........I'm happy with my mug & my magnets.

Me too. I collect "Goofy" coffee mugs and fridge magnets. I use a mug everyday. I also like the ornaments.... quite frankly I like everything except tshirts. I don't like to wear tshirts.(I know it's strange).

Antenna toppers! I love seeing the little gold Mickey ears on my car (and luckily we don't seem to have the antenna top thieves that others seem to find such a problem!)

Well, we collect pins, so we always go home with a few of those, but we also NEED our refillable mugs and a beach towel for each of us. The towel keeps DD happy all year.

I'm a big fan of the pressed pennies! My husband makes it a mission to collect as many as possible for me...

Pins, antenna toppers, anything Donald Duck, T-shirts, sweatshirts, keychains, big figs, cups/mugs, stuffed critters, anything from Ghirhadelli's, pixie stick flavors, pens, post-it notepads, let's see, have I left anything out? Yep, I'm pretty dangerous with a little cash!!

I keep editing this because I keep remembering things!

Postcards and pins. I use the postcards when I'm scrapbooking the vacation. You can frame a postcard and corresponding pin for a nice piece of artwork at minimal cost.

I also collect Disney Home stuff...my entire kitchen is Mickey and friends!

CD's of the parade music, Wishes, FOTLK. etc. I never get tired of listening to them! Brings back a little of the magic whenever I'm in the car.

I love the antenna toppers. I have a different one for each season/holiday. They really help me find my mini-van in the sea of mini-vans in the parking lot. So, they are useful too!

I read a suggestion somewhere on these boards about tying something--anything--to your rental car antenna to help you identify it in a parking lot, too. Mickey antenna toppers work everywhere ELSE but WDW!

We get shot glasses or toothpick holders as they are called at WDW. We also get golf balls. This past October was DD's first trip so I got her a personalized Christmas ornament from the DTD Christmas store. It has her name and WDW 2005 on it. I plan to get her one everytime we go with the year on it.
