I have to agree with Fairycat - a big

on the pineapple! Actually, the fruit all around DLR (in the carts or in the restaurants) is fantastic (sprinkled with pixie dust, I think). But that pineapple is outstanding! SO sweet and fresh and juicy! Anyway, that is a good healthy DLR snack.
Now as for the indulgent, not-so-healthy snacks, I really love the messy, gooey cinnamon rolls from Blue Ribbon Bakery. I always say I am going to get one when I go to DLR, but fortunately am usually able to resist the urge. I don't really eat too many of the out and out bad-for-you snacks at DLR because I just can't, unless I want to pass out! But once in a great while, those cinnamon rolls hit the spot. During the holiday season, I like to get the gingerbread men with Mickey ears cookie (so soft and moist), a snowman cookie and a Christmas tree cookie. IF the Bue Ribbon Bakery still sold strawberry shortcake, I would be getting that, but they stopped selling it. However, there are many other appealing things in their display case that I TRY not to pay attention to.
Oh, and this would fall more along the lines of dessert rather than a snack (Cindy, maybe you should start a Best Dessert thread!), but the apple pie and Matterhorn sundae sold at Carnation Cafe are pretty great. The apple pie comes with yummy, fluffy whipped cream and a scoop of ice cream and a couple of fresh strawberries, sliced to perfection. The Matterhorn sundae is a combination of different flavors of ice cream, different sauces and other toppings and is just scrumptious!
