Best Signature

If you were only choosing one Signature for a trip to splurge on, which would it be and why?

There's no right answer to this question. It's subjective, and if enough people respond to this thread, I suspect just about every signature restaurant will come up. But my favorite? That's Jiko at the Animal Kingdom Lodge.

Agree. There is something to commend about all the Signatures. . .and each will have its detractors. Best advice? Look at the menus and decide which sounds best to your tastes. Go. Enjoy.

Yachtsman Steakhouse is excellent & would be my choice.

It would be very very difficult to choose between California Grill and the new Flying Fish. I would give the edge to California Grill though.

We really enjoyed Yachtsman. Narcoossee's was good but Yachtsman probably had better food, though Yachtsman is very steak-centric.

Jiko, the wine list alone is enough to push it to the top for me, the restaurant itself is also my favorite of all the signatures, and I love the food.

If Hoop-De-Doo counts that'd be my pick. Nothing better. Although now that i read the thread its obvious folks are looking for the top food choices. HDD isn't about that

Victoria and Albert's, hands down. If you told me I could only splurge on one Signature TS the whole trip it'd definitely be there.

If that's not in the running I'd be hard pressed to decide between Flying Fish and BlueZoo. Flying Fish felt more special and the service was a little better but BlueZoo won 2/3 of the appetizers entrees and desserts for me.
