Best shoes for rain AND Wide Feet??

I tried on Crocs but the Women's Medium was too tight and the next size was too big, plus I would have to wear socks with them....those bumpy things on the inside of the footbed would drive me nuts (yeah, I have very sensitive feet).

I can't wear a flip flop with the thingie between the toe either...Soooooo....any suggestions for shoes to wear with all the rain....AND I have wide feet......tall order huh?

I am not sure about the sock thing but I wore Teva sandals. You can adjust them to fit your feet, they are VERY comfortable and they were invented by a man who loved white water rafting so water is not an issue.

I am a little leery of having my toes totally exposed while at an amusement park (I know, weird). I was looking at these Lands End shoes:

I love my Keens. They may not come specifically in wide widths, but I have wide feet and fallen arches, and I have no problem finding ones that fit (I like the Newport H2's, though they have some new ones that are cute too). They look similar to the second Land's End link you have. They are more expensive, but last for years (mine are going on 6 years).

If the womens aren't wide enough, try a mens shoe. They look exactly the same, but are wider (I have a pair in mens, definitely wider than the womens, but look the same).

I discovered these Nike flip-flops about three years ago, and love, love, love them! I wear them constantly in the summertime. They're amazingly comfortable. I have three pairs.

You could try them from some place like Zappos - they have free shipping and free returns, so if you don't like them, you're not out any money.

I love Crocs, so those are my first suggestion. The ones that are S, M, L are different than the ones that are actual sizes. The ones you want to look for are "Cayman", not "Beach".
I also wore my Teva "Hurricane" (gee, how appropriate!) sandals last month. We got rained on most days for at least part of the day so I was glad to have shoes that could take it!

I find with wide feet the New Balance Sneakers are great. My brothers and father have a wide feet and these are the only sneakers they can wear.

I've tried the Nike flip flops but they still hurt my toes. I finally tried the Teva Mush flip flops and they were comfortable. They are the only ones that I can wear.

I'm taking a pair of Teva Dozer sandals, a pair of Crocs Caymans, and a pair of Crocs Professionals. I wear socks with my crocs for park touring and love 'em, but the Teva's provide better support for long days. My plan is to start the day in the Tevas and switch out when my feet get tired. Also, I'll be carrying extra socks, moleskin, surgical tape (better than bandaids!), and a shamwow to dry off wet feet and shoes. It looks like Josephine may beat me to Disney World but it looks like there will be a few more lining up right behind her.

I have very wide feet myself. I bought LL Bean summer sneakers for the trip I just back from. I can't recomend them enough! They gave me the support of a regular sneaker, but dried quickly when it rained and were very cool when the sun was out. They run very wide. I have about a D/EE width foot and the regular size was almost wide enough for me. I went with the MaryJane style, but they also have a style that looks like a regular sneaker.

If you go to their sale page, they have a few discontinued colors marked down to only $19.95. I found a great blue pair there.
