The best deal I've found to date is the advanced purchase (adult ticket for child price) offered on the Sea World website. This is what we've been using over the past ten years when we go. This doesn't offer discounts for children though. If you have time to visit twice, make sure to stop at the customer service desk and get tickets to come back free for another day within seven days.
Some people on this site have also mentioned a discount for Southwest frequent fliers. Maybe someone else can post with more information if they've used that recently.
