Best room view info Boulder Ridge?

We are leaving for a short trip on Sunday and staying at Boulder Ridge Villas for the first time. I know we can't get very specific re: room request on the app, but asking for opinions on your favorite studio rooms. Thanks!!

Pretty much anything on the lake side is good, floors 2-5. Bottom floor is okay but reduces your views, and obviously the higher you go the better the view of the lake. Top floor (5th) does have the dormer balconies, so they're solid and you have to stand up to see anything. However, many of those rooms have vaulted ceilings which make them seem more spacious. If you make a request, I'd do high floor, pool view.
