Hi,

My family of 16 (ages 1 to 60)will be at WDW in mid-June. We all arrive on a Sat. which will be a non-park day. We want to have dinner together but I'm not sure a sit down restaurant will work - I tried to make PS's at WC, Ohanas and Chef Mickeys but they are booked solid. We are all staying at different resorts. At first I thought we could all meet at one resort pool and . . . - hahaha - I'm kidding - no pool hopping - I know, I know, I know. How about meeting up at one of the food courts like Roaring Forks or Pepper market or at the ASMo. Which food court is best as far as variety and food quality. Any other suggestions?
thanks!

From what I saw last May, the Pepper Market is fairly large. There's a nice outdoor area along the water also that people can gather at before/after.

Did you try for a PS at Boma's?

I haven't tried Boma yet but I'll call. It seems to sit 16 - even 2 months out is not an easy task.

Anyone else with food court reviews or suggestions?

thanks again!

If any of you are staying at Coronado Springs, the food court there is great. Very nice atmosphere, good variety of food selection, and frozen margaritias.

While I love the food court at POR, I have to admit that Pepper Market at CS seems just a little step up. The seating is very open and spacious and there is a big variety of food.

Or if you can even do it at this point, but i'll share one thing we learned on our last trip.

Called the wdw-dine # (not sure if that's the exact abbr for #!)
Anyway were were actually in our hotel room and looking to do ps for that night. No luck - no available times. We were on our way out so we stopped by the restaurant in the lobby and were given the ps time of our choice!! When we arrived, no waiting and the restaurant was never full while we were there.

My take was that the dine # only has so many reservations to give. Maybe try calling the front desk of the hotel of a restaurant you want and see if you can get a reservation.

As I said, not sure of the policies and all, but this worked for us several times on our last trip!

I think the Pepper Market would be wonderful!!!!!

It will have more of a "restaurant feel". It's very open and has lots of nice choices. Since you do have to be seated there, I would have someone in your party arrive a few minutes early so the staff can get you a table. After dinner you can all stroll around the lake and I would be surprised if you would not want to change resorts! There is also a nice marina and surrey bikes .
