Best Reseller for DVC

What's the best reseller for DVC? I know Timeshare store, any others that people have used and are happy with their service?

It's very hard to beat TSS..... but try Fidelity. Good luck.

We are in ROFR with Fidelity. They simply had the best available contract for the resort we wanted. We looked into DVC by Resale, TSS, and Fidelity, spoke to all three, all were well informed and very professional. We had a specific contract in mind, and when we called Fidelity they had the exact one we were looking for.

We have generally been happy with the service....but of course we're not done yet!

We used Jerry at TSS a couple of years ago, and had ZERO problems. I would use Jerry and TSS again.

But if the contract I wanted was with ***********, I would have no problems using them either. It's kind of like used car shopping, find the model that works best for you.

It seems like many of the problems are with the buyer/seller and not the listing agent...

I completely agree. We had purchased 2 contracts with Rachel at Fidelity, and all went well. When we made an offer on the third, the sellers didn't return their paperwork. Had this been my first experience, I would have thought it was Rachel and Fidelity, but had nothing to do with them. The seller either got a better offer elsewhere or had seller's remorse. We made another offer with her and closed in 45 days.

Fidelty is who DVC refers when customers want or NEED to sell so IMO I think they may get quite a few distressed over over extended property contracts, divorce situations so on which must make it difficult for them. I put in an offer with Rachel 9:00am on Wed be 4:30 yesterday I still did not have an answer from sellers and there were 2 other contracts I liked so I moved on. Rachel could not have been nicer and she did say the problem was the owners owed more on the contracts so they were trying to figure out if they could to it. Another contract a year ago by day 15 after offer was accepted seller still had NOT signed paper work to send to ROFR so I withdrew that offer!

We just made an offer last night at 5:00pm which I beleive was accepted so fingers crossed and she assured me that sellers were ready and eager to go!

I just used Rachel at Fidelity. Though we are not through ROFR at this point, she has been very informative and responsive. I would definetly use them again with their attitude and commitment.
