Two days after the announcement of the Best rate program, I emailed disney with some questions that were lingering at the time. We since then the answers have reveiled themselves through converstations on this board.

I get home last night to find a message on my answering machine from Disney. A nice CM named Joseph was calling me back to answer the questions I had emailed Disney.

One of the main questions that I had was the credit card policy in reguards to the Best Rate Program. You all know that a credit card in the name of the AP holder must be used at the time of booking. We'll I wasn't sure if the same credit card was to be used at check in to pay the remaining balance. Joseph informed me that any credit card or means of payment is accepted at check in.

So it was nice to see that they actually called me to answer my questions. Even though they were a month late.

I wrote my letter on the fifth day and have received a few emails from them saying they are "passing my letter onto the correct department". I still havent heard from anyone. My questions to them were regarding the prices I was given when I booked on line. They were $10 more expensive than AAA.
Still though, I'm not going to let it bother me if they dont get back to me. I am so in need of a Disney vacation!
If I remember correctly our families are going at the same time and attending the same MVMCP on Dec.13th! Hope we get to say Hello!
