Touring plans saids it's not on the qs dining plan. They do have snack items on the dining plan but mostly just water and soda things like that. They do have BBQ cracklings on the snack you can get on the dining plan.

I didn't notice myself, we paid cash. I think we did get an AP discount, if I remember correctly.
