MK- Columbia Harbor House
Epcot- We always eat in Mexico or England. Sunshine Seasons looks incredible, but we are normally in world showcase during lunch, so I've never tried it!
HS- Studio catering Co.

MK - my favorite is BOG however my nephew and niece are not crazy about it because it doesn't have standard childrens fare. If your girls are picky, you'd be better off at Cosmic Rays. I hated Columbia Harbor House (might be because I'm from Maine and know real seafood).
Epcot - Sunshine Seasons. They have a lot of stuff that covers everyone and it's good!
HS - we always loved Backlot Express however we haven't been since they just changed the menu.

You didn't ask for AK or DTD but I'll give you my families fav's just incase your plans change:
AK - Restaurantasourous
DTD - Wolfgang Puck Express. The kids are always asking to go there. They love the pizza, nuggets, mac & cheese and the adults love everything too. Best QS in all of Disney in my opinion.
