Best Pools at the Resorts

Hello,

I am a newbie here so forgive me if I ask a dumb question. I was wanting to know which resorts had the best pools incase we did not like the one at our resort? We are staying at Caribbean Beach Resort so I assume the pools will be nice there anyways since it is "beach" themed? But we all know what assume means!

well it does have the latest rehab pool.

so think you will be just fine.

only dvc member get to pool hop - so happy or unhappy you are stuck with the pools at your WDW resort.

If you don't like the pool at CBR, you are stuck, as "pool hopping" (e.g., swimming in a pool at a resort at which you are not a guest) is generally not permitted.

! You will be stuck at your resort, because pool hopping isn't allowed as a PP said (but thats a whole other thread.) But you don't have anything to worry about, because we've stayed at Caribbean Beach since their renovation and it's AWESOME! You'll love the pool.

CBR's pools are great! You'll get access to the main theme pool at Old Port Royale (which is incredible!), as well as the quite pools throughout the resort (each "village" has their own).

Other pools with nice themeing (for your next trip, as--as everyone said--pool "hopping," which means going to a pool at a resort in which you're not staying, is not allowed) are Stormalong Bay at the Beach and Yacht Club Resorts, The Dig Site at Coronado Springs (though CBR's is better...), and the Uzima Springs Pool at Animal Kingdom Lodge.

The pool at the CSR, the Dig Site and it's Jaguar Slide is terrific. I think it is a little more for slightly older kids or kids with no fear, whereas the CBR's new pool (which I've only seen pictures of) is good for younger kids.

the one thing I didn't like about the pool was the set up. you can see the pool from some of the chairs so it make it difficult to see the kids in the pool.

The new CBR pool is fantastic! It is very large, has zero entry, and 2 slides - one shorter open slide and one longer enclosed slide. Plus an awesome children's pool right next to it!

We loved the CSR pool ! The pool itself is very big, and can accommodate quite a crowd; the pool bar is the best! The bar is very convenient, decent snack foods and awesome drink specials . The jaguar slide is just long enough to be fun for even giant kids like myself! (and my daughter thought it was cool too! )
