Best plng for best prices?

If we are going in a year, what are the best Plng options? Is there a credit card with discounts for spending to rack up points? Or other options? We are going in Oct and have free dining, staying on property at list rates $175-200 per night.... Basically it's running about $1000 for Disney hotel, about $1000 for park tickets, and $1200 for airfare.... Family of 3 for 5/6 days/nights. Tks for ideas for next trip!
